Our story

Coding Exposed started when experienced engineers with complementary skills decided to formalize what they were already doing together. Our founders came from overlapping networks in AI and healthcare — xAI, Fortune 500 healthcare AI strategy, Oracle's executive technology team, and Android development at Meta and Abbott.

We had spent years on high-impact work: production AI at healthcare scale, white-glove support for C-Suite executives, FDA-approved medical device integrations, and enterprise platforms. The gap we kept seeing: strong technical talent was either locked inside large companies or spread across consultancies that prioritized scale over quality.

We built a consultancy that operates the way we wished our partners would — transparent communication, senior engineers on every engagement, and a focus on shipping real value.
