Our Story

Coding Exposed was born from a simple realization: the best technical work happens when experienced engineers who deeply understand their craft come together with complementary skills and a shared vision. Our founders met through overlapping networks in the AI and healthcare technology space—one working on cutting-edge AI research at xAI, another driving AI strategy at Fortune 500 healthcare companies, and others bringing expertise from Oracle's executive technology team and leading Android development at companies like Meta and Abbott.

We'd all spent years delivering high-impact work for major organizations: building production AI systems at healthcare scale, supporting C-Suite executives with white-glove technical service, leading FDA-approved medical device integrations, and architecting enterprise-scale platforms. But we kept seeing the same gap: exceptional technical talent was either locked inside large companies or scattered across consulting firms that prioritized scale over quality.

After collaborating on several informal projects and consistently finding ourselves aligned on both technical philosophy and business approach, we decided to formalize what was already happening naturally.
